Haven Africa’s LWC Conference was held at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Victoria Island on the 31st of October 2013. The conference was supported by; Exquisite Magazine, Silverbird Television, Heritage Bank, National Daily Newspaper, UBA and Fidelity Bank. The inaugural edition of the Leading Woman Conference (LWC) was an experience packed with personal and professional development power.
LWC delivered relevant, practical, implementable content, strategies, tools and action steps to help participants accelerate success in every area of their life – finances, health, self-care, business, career, and relationships.
Organized by Haven Africa, the conference offered a unique mix of learning from inspirational keynote speakers, such as Mary Akpobome – Executive Director Ivory Banking Heritage Bank, Fade Ogunro – Co-Owner of Film Factory & On Air Personality at Beat FM, Tewa Onasanya – CEO Exquisite Magazine Services Ltd, Legendary Actress – Taiwo Ajayi Lycett, Bukky Karibi Whyte – CEO The Bobby Taylor Company, Tokunbo Agbesanwa -Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Lagos State on Schools Advocacy and founder of the Moji Adekunle Women Leadership foundation (MAWLF), Arc. Yinka Williams – CEO Constrad Multi Concepts and Yetunde Alle – CEO Lateral Links.
The Senior Special Adviser to the Governor on Poverty Eradication – Mrs Idowu Sebanjo, represented her Excellency Hon. Mrs. Adejoke Orelope –Adefulire – Deputy Governor of Lagos State. Iyadunni Olumide – Executive Director of Leap Africa, also represented Ndidi Nwuneli – Founder of LEAP Africa and AACE Foods.
